Return Eligibility

At Globtan, we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for Return

1. Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear. We care deeply about our customers' health and safety, which is why these products are non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
